[Apigee Private Cloud] apigee-qpid stay "not running (DEAD)" after restart

I check log of apigee-qpidd and see

[Broker] error Execution exception: not-found: Exchange type not implemented: (/builddir/build/BUILD/qpid-cpp-1.39.0/src/qpid/broker/Sess ionAdapter.cpp:104)

And days later. System can notice some broker with line : notice Broker (pid=*****) start-up
I still see error like this

[Broker] critical Unexpected error: Queue ax-q-axgroup-001-consumer-group-001: recoverQueues() failed: jexception 0x0b00 RecoveryManager:: getNextRecordHeader() threw JERR_MAP_DUPLICATE: Attempted to insert record into map using duplicate key. (rid=0x****** _pfid=0x****) (/builddir/build/BUILD/qp id-cpp-1.39.0/src/qpid/linearstore/MessageStoreImpl.cpp:785)

[note : concealed some sensitive data]
Is there anywhere to start apiee-qpidd again without reinstalling it?

Hi @yanothai_j , were you able to fix the issue. If yes, please provide the resolution steps, as we are also seeing the same issue in qpid.
