File getting truncated while receiving the response from the target endpoint URL

Hi Team,

We are hosting an UI app target endpoint in an api proxy and for that there is one particular request which is used to get the list of details from the target endpoint in file format where the size would be 20MB. 
Initially we used to get some timeout error but after increasing the keepalive, io & connect timeout configurations to 1500000 we are able to get 200 response but the file getting truncated, Here we have enabled the streaming on response side as well.
Can someone guide me on how to get the file from the backend without getting truncated.
