Getting rejected from verification of payment information

Hi all, my billing account is suspended and GCP would like me to verify my payment information. So I did upload the documents for my previous payment card and government issued photo ID and submitted it. But shortly after, I received an email that says "Payment Method: The document could not be verified" and upon reading the instruction from the page, "Note: Please make sure that the card number and name are clearly visible." Then I realised that my payment card doesn't come with name on top of it. What should I do next? Thanks

It's been 9 months, so I'm sure you either solved it or moved on, but I'd like to just point out how there's no end to the complexity of the systems software companies are creating, yet there's a very very low limit to the amount of support they can provide.
