How to see/change account's country?

Hi everyone,

I was enabling the Cloud Messaging API in GCP with a new account and greeted with a term of services screen. I selected my country and checked the box to accept the term of services. Then I clicked the done button and saw that the country field change into another country for a second before the page redirect me.

Now I'm wondering if there is a way to see/change the country (if there was one). The mentioned account is the one we will use for our app. I'm concerned if there's going to be complication in the future. I have looked for the option on the GCP console but don't found anything associate with it.

Google Cloud Messaging, deprecated April 10 2018, has been deactivated and removed from Google's APIs. For equivalent functionality, use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), which inherits the reliable and scalable GCM infrastructure, plus many new features.
