My Google Cloud VM was deleted even though I paid my debt before the 30 days expired!

My Google Cloud VM was deleted even though I paid my debt before the 30 days expired and I can prove it with emails and receipts. My card was debited, but my billing account remained in "closed" status. So I created a new billing account with the same card and changed the billing account for the project that had my VM. Now my VM is no longer listed! It was probably deleted even though everything was paid for. This is absurd.
