I finished Level 3: GenAIus Conversations. I completed all the steps, completed all the LAB's and the course... but so far it hasn't been counted. I didn't receive any points for GenAI Arcade...
Who can solve this?
Please help me!!!

Dear CidQuintela,

You have to contact Qwiklab Support reg. such faults. Check your lab screen on the top-tight corner you have the question mark icon. Click it then select Chat Support. Please reach the support and explain your problem. They usually take care of requests very fast.

How do you know that? I mean the points calculator is not open yet.
