Thank you for your reply, I figured that would be the only solution, we
have been sent in circles trying to chat to someone, a chat bot even.
They don't make it easy do they! Will have another search later. What a
headache ay!
My partner is having the same issue and he did discover his card details
weren't up to date. He's since updated them but nothing has changed,
account is still suspended. Do you know of any steps to take to resolve
this?
